I have been at this location for almost three years, and I want to thanks Simer facility manager. I am an older lady just trying to manage my daily routine. I was late with my payments. But every time I called, Simer never made me feel embarrassed or stressed. Instead asking rent, he always asked about my health. I paid my rent for a long time, but this time I couldn’t keep up. Instead of letting me lose everything, he offered me a chance to take them. He treated me like family. God bless you, my son.

honestly can’t say enough good things about Sentinel Storage! I’m definitely not the easiest client—I’m always showing up right when they’re closing—but Simer (store manager) and Ashore (assistant store manager) are always incredibly patient, kind, and professional. No matter what issue comes up, they go out of their way to help me and make sure it’s fully corrected. They never rush me or make me feel like an inconvenience, which means a lot. First time Sentilel Storage user; GO TO THE ROPER ROAD LOCATION!! Simer will remember your name and ensure that he and all of his colleagues are there for you. I needed their facility during the most chaotic move of my life and they were absolutely incredible; they helped me discuss what my needs were, what would be the wisest choice for in both size and budget of a unit, and were incredibly accommodating when my dates didn’t line up as I expected. Their communication is SUPREME! Walking in to see Simer and crew is like seeing an old friend. I am so incredibly grateful for such wonderful humans and the bit of peace they so warmly provided.
