We truly just needed assistance with communication because we occasionally had trouble understanding one another. It was upsetting and caused arguments between us. After making several calls, we eventually spoke with Tony for ten minutes. We chose to test one session because of his comforting and serene voice. We discovered that this provided us with the answers we lacked, and we really appreciated how he managed to start a conversation between Simon and I. We came away with practical information, awareness, and abilities. 5/5.

We got skills and tools from a few sessions, which was the approach we wanted and needed (who has time for long-term therapy these days?). Tony gave us his all throughout sessions, and it was obvious. We needed our time to be respected. Both sessions lasted longer than 15 minutes, yet Tony never charged us extra, demonstrating his concern for our achievement. Tony, thank you very much!

Tony really hit the mark when it came to our problems. He assisted us in understanding our weaknesses and how to address them in both our behavior and speech. We just had a few sessions, but they were enough to support us and move us toward improvement.

Since we didn't feel like we were truly benefiting from therapy as a couple, Tony came highly recommended, and we scheduled a session with him. In our conversation with him about what communicates well in loving relationships and what doesn't, we found him to be kind and direct. We appreciated how he helped us learn skills that were really useful and encouraged us to directly communicate with each other for the second half of the program.

In the case of counselors, Tony is Diamond Level. Our marriage was not getting better despite the fact that we had both previously met with marriage counselors; it was basically just more of the same 'listening' and "talking about feelings." We saw Tony three times after being referred to him. His support in showing us how to communicate with each other differently than we were doing was what helped us the most. His explanations were as helpful to us as a clear road map to follow. We had a few conversations in between sessions when we had questions since he made things simple to understand and put into practice. very content.

My wife reached out to Tony and had an initial meeting with him, which went well. During their session, Tony asked to have me reach out so we could setup a call. I texted Tony on a Wednesday. He immediately responded asking if we could speak the next day at 3:30pm and I agreed. The next day came and went and no call, no text, nothing. Finally the following Monday I texted him asking what happened. The response I got was "sorry, how about today at 2:30?" I felt like I was at least owed an explanation as to why he never called. Now, had he said he got Covid, had family emergency, a death, whatever, ANY kind of reasonable explanation, I would have gladly rescheduled. If you simply forgot then clearly I/we are not important clients to you. How hard is it to remember to call someone the next day when your specialty is supposed to be COMMUNICATION?? What's even more shocking is how he lashed out at me for even questioning why he never called. He proceeded to call me "accusatory and self righteous" via text then told me to "get a grip". So I'm supposed to open up to this total stranger, and all I asked for was an explanation as to why he missed our very first meeting, and I'm given a verbal attack? He then proceeded to leave my wife a voicemail saying "well if you want an explanation, my work is very demanding, I'm really busy and I have 1000's of students all over the world, I can't keep up with all the messages on Facebook, blah blah". Rambled on and on but still never gave any kind of explanation! Good news Tony, you have 2 less clients! This guy has no business coaching anyone on relationships, especially concerning communication.
