Hey, GNC! Quick question for store 8413 (Eden Circle, Bear)

Why are you incessantly trying to charge my card via APPLE PAY IN STORE!?

Kinda hard to believe that my Apple Pay card is being tapped when I'm not there to tap it. During closed hours.

I'm on my way!

Thanks for the reply, I have contacted my bank, I now have to wait for a new card to arrive. I now have to switch all my autopay accounts and more.

Oh, and TWICE since this review, and after a phone call, despite charges being blocked, you tried AGAIN!

My son and I stopped in today and were helped by Gabe & Sumii, (I really hope I remember that correctly).
I can’t begin to express how much help they both were.
They answered all our questions, explained the benefits of many products and were just out right amazing. They didn’t rush us into a purchase and were genuinely good people!
Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

This was the worst store experience I ever had. I saw a sale sign through the window saying buy one get one 50% off of the ghost products so I walk in. When I asked about the sale Tabitha quickly took the sign down and said the sale is over. When I asked more questions I got yelled at. Julian was calm and patient but Tabitha was the complete opposite. By far the worst customer service from her I will never be back. IF YOU HAVE A SALE SIGN OUT HONOR IT

First time I think I’ve ever wrote a review for anything but I seriously couldn’t help it. It’s 8pm on a Friday night, there are two employees in GNC and both of them are phenomenal. I walked in clueless and left feeling very knowledgeable and excited for my wellness journey, let’s just hope it sticks this time. Those two employees (wish I got their names) could and should be running their own nutrition center if they aren’t already.
