I have used this company for the installation of a new roof, attic insulation, and more recently for new windows and new front door. From the sales end, through to the planning and execution, this company is impressive. The sales consultant, Kory, took a tremendous amount of time analyzing my home, and suggesting what would serve me best. Dmitrii then followed up, overseeing the project, and advising on the details of window and door choices. The craftsmen who installed the windows, doors, roof, insulation, and eavestroughs were incredibly skilled, efficient and careful. Finally, the office coordinator, Alicia, was thoughtful and efficient in scheduling the installation and on following up on my questions throughout the installation process. I am thrilled with the results, and would highly recommend this company.

We had AMgroup install a new eaves-trough on our house after it was damaged by last years winter snow. They were to put a single span trough and secure it to avoid a similar failure. They installed a spit trough and standard strapping with wood screws that would fail under the same conditions as last year. The trough failed terribly. I ask for them to come back and do better work but was told this situation was not covered under the 5 year warranty. I was told to clean the snow load off the roof but its 30 ft up - I'm 70 and with cancer so I can't do the impossible. They said sorry and that was the end of it. I'll never bother with them again. I contacted Desbro roofing and they understood the problem and will do it right.

I did not say it was improperly installed – it was substandard for what was required. I expected a professional assessment of what would be necessary considering the lack of accessibility to clear winter accumulation on a roof 30ft high and the damage to the original eaves-trough that showed extra reinforcement was necessary to secure the trough. None of that was made – instead, a repeat of the original standard installation was made resulting in a total failure of the work done. My experience with the project left me with the impression of how poor Amgroup acted in providing the professional service to a need requiring proper consideration for the job at hand. A “cut and paste” idea to the work that presented the need for better consideration was a great disappointment.

It's been 1 month since we met to discuss the issue, I'm still waiting for your quote on installing roof snow barriers and reinstalling the broken eaves-trough (at no charge)

AM Group provided wonderful service from the time taken to provide a quote to completing the task. From the start, they had samples, very detailed information and we were giving a quote the day they visited our home. They in turn worked within our budget. The installers were friendly and hard working. They paid attention to detail and provided solutions when any questions were asked. I highly recommend to looking for new siding or any other house upgrades.
