The service was as good as they promised and it was done on time.
Price was reasonable.
All questions were answered too.
I would use their services again.
Thank you. David Cordovi

I am a retired uOttawa prof living in Brazil. All my messages to IDC were promptly responded and calls attended. My document arrived to IDC on Monday, and on Thursday same week I have received it, already notarized and apostilled, here in Brazil (!). Will certainly use IDC services repeatedly in the future. (Only that next time I'd rather ask a friend to pick up a document and bring it to the IDC office in person, as the regular letter posted within Ottawa took over 2 weeks to arrive.) Overall, I am very happy, for at some point I even contemplated a trip in person to Ottawa to have the thing done.

Very good services, fast and professional! Right on when you want to apply for a visa in another country, and that your documents need to be authenticated by a notary and apostilled. I recommend them without any hesitation.

Absolutely fantastic service. I needed to get an RCMP check done and apostilled, as well as a copy of my degree certificate apostilled. The kind people at IDOCS were very kind and professional the entire way through. The entire process took much faster than I thought it would (about three weeks), and I had no problem submitting the documents to the government of the country I am residing in. Thank you so much!
