How sad that the receptionist was so awful! I always say that if you don't encounter a great receptionist @ a building, you're pretty well guaranteed that the rest of your visit will be unpleasant due to the nasty 'flavour' their attitude leaves in your mouth. I mean, the receptionist is the 'face' of the business! If she's awful, people WILL not want to come back & deal with that again. Thanx so much 4 sharing this with the rest of us. Welcome to N49! Happy New Year :) By the way, was your whole visit awful or just the receptionist @ the beginning? Did they have decent, reasonably-priced food? Just thought I'd ask :)
