This place is amazing! Great staff who answered all my questions. The quality of plant material was unbelieveable, everything was so healthy and happy. The gift shop and bistro were the biggest surprise, the atmosphere was fantastic and the food was delicious. This is truly the best place to shop or just waste an afternoon in northern Alberta!

Despite saying outloud at the till upon payment that I may be purchasing too many flowers, NOBODY informed me that you cannot return live flowers - not even for a store credit. I gave this rotten business 200 dollars of business in one day and the MANAGER - who after ignoring me in the customer service line for five minutes while fussing on his blackberry - had the NERVE to say no returns for credit, no, no, and more no, and "Well we are not Walmart - in the same sentence. I advise everyone to give some other better-managed and more customer-service oriented business your hard earned dollars.

Let's hope WalMart puts them out of business.
