Great service and price get 4 new tires on my horse trailer. Another plus was the Tire protection plan that came with the tires. I will definitely return to Vans if I need new tires.

The man named Jim up front was very friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable and didn’t leave any question unanswered.
They ran a diagnostic of my car to figure out the issue. They were able to detect it and get it fixed all within the same day of my appointment. Although I had to reschedule due to the time I had. Regardless, it was all done in the same week. I love how they give you a detailed report as to what the issue is.
I’ll be back for every single one of my car needs. They were great.
And a HUGE bonus that they have a shop kitty!

As always, Vans Tire Pros in Norwalk Ohio delivers top notch service. From the front desk, to the service center the staff is friendly and ready to answer any and all questions. I have been using Vans for a few years and the service is always top notch. This time, the prices were even lower than anticipated! I would recommend Vans to anyone!

Awesome service and great customer service!! I had a nail on my tire and they were able to get me in and repaired since I had tickets to an OSU wrestling match yesterday ET day evening!! I am so thankful to have purchased the tire repair/ or replace insurance when I bought my last set of tires!! Mike Bell is one of the best people to work with there..

These guys and their cat were awesome! I'm a driving instructor who had a severely damaged tire out while out on the road with a student Thankfully, we were close enough to Vans, and they were so kind and were able to get us rolling again with a new tire very quickly. Seeing their sweet kitty and hearing his backstory also made this experience top notch! 😻
