Our K-12 Student Programs put peer leadership at the forefront,… The Ceceilyn Miller Institute for Leadership & Diversity in America (CMI) is one of America's most innovative leadership and diversity training non-profit organizations. CMI is dedicated to social justice and leadership development. Our K-12 Student Programs put peer leadership at the forefront, where peer mediators commonly engage in anti-bullying training and diversity training. Our K-12 Staff Training programs explore bullying prevention, suicide prevention, and creating safe zones for LGBTQA+ persons. Our College & University programs include our various Student Leadership Conferences, as well as leadership training that provides a powerful learning experience for student leaders. We also provide diversity training for offices, workplace harassment training, and cultural training for the police.
