Edit, this is not a dig on the sales team but customer Service. My original liner leaked, after a few days, I contacted customer service and everything was handled and a new liner was ordered and installed, SnS did the install. This was the end of April as you can see in my pictures I don't have a deck, so we didn't use the pool. Fast forward to now, my second liner is now leaking, I provided pictures as requested there is a tear at the seam but they said it was a puncture and not my problem. I finished my deck a few days before the fourth of July we used the pool for 2 weeks, it's brand new. I'll never do buisness with American Sale. Attached are the pictures of the tear you be the judge.

Update ! Apparently warranty only means one. And I should stay blessed, from customer service.
