My friends and I went last night for two T-Mobile Tuesday offers. One was for a free sandwich with a drink purchase and the other was BOGO Cinnabons.

While trying to do the BOGO Cinnabons the app wouldn’t work and we were told they don’t use the Cinnabon app, so we had to use the Schlotzsky’s app. Unfortunately the offer was only in the Cinnabon app. After two counter staff tried to help us, they went and got Mindy the GM.

After explaining the deal to her, she proceeded to be a superhero and help us while a nosy customer was trying to tell her how to do her job. She handled the situation like a champ and gave us the BOGO deal even without being able to scan our offer codes.

As far as I’m concerned her and her whole crew were great and went above and beyond a situation that they could have easily said “sorry we can’t take the code” and sent us on our way.

Thank you Mindy. We will be back.

The food is great! They could provide more dressing for the salads. The women's bathroom stall door was broken and you couldn't close it.

Never again. The guy taking our order had the personality of a grumpy bullfrog. Didn't listen to what we told him we wanted. Made a mistake on our order. Luckily I checked the receipt quickly because of his personality and sure enough found the mistake. Kitchen staff was yelling at each other. Stall door in women's restroom was pushed out from the inside so it could barely be gotten into if you are skinny but then it won't close because it is hitting the frame on the outside. Rewards scanner wasn't working so we couldn't get our discount. Was told to scan the bottom of the receipt for our points but of course that doesn't give us our immediate discount. Never again. We'll drive out of our way to a different Schlotzskys.

Honestly, their whole menu hits. There aren't many, if not any, items that are a no go. The sandwiches, soups, salads are all good. It's a little bit pricier than other fast food chains but it's worth it. Never any issue with the service, facilities, or employees. The inside is actually a nice place to dine-in.

This is burned up paper of some kind that was inside my husband’s sandwich tonight. To know he consumed their trash is absolutely disgusting! We go to this location cause they typically do a good job but both of us tasted something weird in our food tonight, and he’s the only one that checked.
