After 4 inspections from different foundation companies, I'm very glad that I chose Innovative Foundation for my foundation work. Mike was very professional and experienced, because he could tell what the problem was by looking at the cracks on the ceiling before the measurements. I was very impressed, because what he said just by visual inspection matches what all the other companies told me what the problem was which I already knew. He did all the measurements and provided me with the solution which comes with a reasonable price tag. Comparing to the previous quotes I got from the other companies, it was in the middle range, but giving the plan of work comparing to other companies, it was very reasonable. His crew showed up on time on the scheduled day, and they did a good job. They are very courteous and checking along with us to make sure they make their work to perfection. I could see the difference right after they finished, the cracks on the wall became smaller, and the door became easy and smooth to open, like magic. I was very happy with the results, and I would highly recommend them for making stressful foundation repairs an easy smooth process.

I originally reached out to them about a different project on my pier and beam house. When Michael came out to provide the quote, he noticed that parts of the house were starting to sink and that several of the piers underneath were cracked. To be honest, hearing that was stressful. Foundation work isn’t something anyone wants to deal with, and I had a lot of questions and concerns going into it. Michael took the time to explain what he was seeing, what it meant long term, and what the repair process would look like. He was straightforward and informative, which made it much easier to make a decision.

Michael was onsite for the initial quote, and after that the crew handled the work itself. They showed up on time both days and got right to work. Foundation repairs aren’t a small job, but they were organized, professional, and respectful of the property.
I had a brick walkway that needed to be moved so they could access the area. The crew carefully removed it and, to my surprise, put it back better than it was before.

Throughout the project, they kept me informed about what was happening under the house. Since most of pier and beam work is out of sight, those updates really helped ease my nerves and made me feel comfortable with the process.

Lynette was great to work with as well. She was always responsive when I called, answered my questions, and made communication simple from start to finish.
Pricing was more than reasonable for the amount of work done and the quality of service provided. Overall, they were easy to work with, accommodating and professional throughout the entire process.

After talking with 3 different companies, Innovative was the only one to correctly diagnose my foundation problem. Michael came out and explained what had happened and how to fix it. The work was completed in less than a day and the price was very reasonable. You can trust these guys.
