I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Claudia Hernandez and her office. Quite honestly, she is one of the most unprofessional attorneys I have ever dealt with.
Communication was one of the biggest issues throughout my entire experience. I constantly felt like I was the one chasing her down sending emails, following up, and trying to get basic answers regarding my own case. There were multiple occasions where I would reach out and not receive a response for days. As a client that is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable, especially when you are already dealing with a stressful and time-sensitive legal situation. I should not have to repeatedly beg my own attorney for communication for updates. I would highly recommend Heidra she’s absolutely amazing, responsive, professional, and actually makes you feel like your concerns matter. She communicates very well, answers your questions and provides the level of attention and professionalism.
Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about Claudia Hernandez or the office of Davis Stroller. The experience with their office was incredibly disappointing even dealing with the receptionist was frustrating. Instead of actually helping or connecting you with someone, it felt like the solution was always to send you to the attorney’s voicemail. The attitude and lack of assistance only made it already frustrating situation even worse.
!!!!! I would strongly recommend doing your research!!!! and considering other options before trusting this office with something as important as your legal situation.
This office doesn’t even deserve a star !

After working with three lawyers who couldn’t get me my green card, this attorney succeeded. They were clear, organized, and followed up on every detail. I finally got my green card thanks to them. I’d recommend them to anyone needing an immigration lawyer.

In 14 months, my dad was able to get his green card! If you’re looking for honest service, go with David stoller, but if you don’t want to hear the truth, go somewhere else. My dad, his brother, and his nieces were able to get permanent residency with David stoller in short time.

Worst customer service ever!
Made an appointment, had to wait 3 weeks for it. I called to confirm the address, and no one answered. When I got to the office (15 mins earlier than my appointment time, since I live 1:30 mins away from their office, I wanted to have extra time), they gave me some paperwork to fill in , gave it back, and had to wait another 30 mins past my appointment time. I asked the receptionist how much longer I had to wait, and he gave me such a nasty attitude. So I stepped out to the office to grab something to eat for 5 mins, came back, and I suddenly “lost” my appointment time because I stepped out of the office… this is insane! So they can play with your time, and you have to be okay with that… so what’s the point of making an appointment AND GET CHARGED for it, if they’re not following the times and they gave you zero respect whatsoever? I had to ask for a refund and left. I’m glad that happened, to be honest. I would never feel comfortable hiring an attorney who doesn’t care for you or your schedule!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! My attorney is incredibly knowledgeable and truly dedicated to his clients. From the moment you hand him your case, you can feel confident you’re in the best hands. He’s not only sharp and professional, but also kind, calm, and always open to talk or answer any questions you have no matter how big or small.

He’s very respectful of appointment times, and always makes you feel like your case truly matters. Honestly, I could write a book about how great he is, and it still wouldn’t be enough. If you're looking for someone who will fight for you and treat you with respect, look no further. Highly recommend!
