In general, I’m a chipotle>moe’s guy because I feel that chipotle is more authentic and less Tex-mex than moe’s.

When it comes to the Westfield moe’s vs. chipotle, moe’s clears chipotle easily on all fronts: freshness, flavor, portions, price, and service. You can’t even taste lime in Chipotle’s cilantro lime rice. Not the case at moe’s.

Also, free chips and salsa!!

The food was fresh and tasty, but the main reason I am reviewing this place highly is the customer service. First they warned me my steak would increase the price of the special, which I appreciated. Then a gentleman dropped and spilled his big bag of chips on the ground and the staff both replaced them but also cleaned it up with a cheery attitude and made the guy feel better about his fumble.

The staff provided exceptional service, and the store maintained a high level of cleanliness, particularly in contrast to a previous experience at a nearby establishment. This experience warrants a top rating.

Not the best Moe's around but not bad either. They do the job but nothing stands out. Knocked off a star for service because I didn't get the typical, "welcome to Moe's" greeting.
