We had such a great experience at this Olive Garden today. Our server Jocelyn was absolutely wonderful, she was very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. She was kind, professional, and made us feel very welcome. The service was excellent, and she definitely made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you for the great service! I left this place a very positive review after my first experience, so I genuinely wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and come back. Big mistake.

The second visit was an absolute disaster.

We were a group of 10 people, and somehow they managed to get every single order wrong. Four of us—including myself—never even received our food.

To make matters worse, we had a vegetarian in our group, and she was served chicken on her plate. That is not a minor mistake or an acceptable oversight. It is a serious failure that should never happen in a restaurant.

What was supposed to be an enjoyable meal turned into an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. The level of disorganization and lack of attention was frankly unbelievable.

Horrible experience. I will absolutely not be coming back.

And with management this poor, I strongly suggest you stay away from this place and spend your money somewhere that actually cares about its customers.

Tonight we came to Olive Garden to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and we had the absolute pleasure of being served by Rachel.

She gave us some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. She was incredibly kind, attentive, efficient, and always had a smile on her face. She made sure everything was perfect without us ever having to ask.

Rachel truly made my mom’s birthday feel extra special, and that’s something we won’t forget. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making their guests feel welcome, and she did exactly that.

A lovely Italian restaurant with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit.

I ordered the chicken Alfredo, which was absolutely delicious. My friend had the steak pasta, and that was excellent as well.

One of the most interesting features of the restaurant is the small device placed on each table, which allows you to place your orders directly. It is also a fun way to keep children entertained with games while waiting for their food.

Every meal comes with soup and salad, and the best part is that you can always ask for more, as they happily offer refills.

The prices are reasonable, and this place can easily provide you and your companions with a wonderful dining experience.

I highly recommend it.

The food and atmosphere is always good here. Every employee is nice and respectful here. They’re really fast with the service and how they turn these tables around.
Anthony was our server tonight and he was awesome. Super friendly and kind, hilarious too. Made me and the whole family crack up, really great time. Anthony’s service was a 20 out of 10! Thank you very much from my family and I.
