I came from a critical care background where many of my patients were sedated, so I had to develop relationships with their families. As a nurse practitioner, I have the opportunity to educate and connect with my patients and their families and strive for great outcomes. I want to treat the whole patient. I want to truly listen and together develop a plan of care that will improve the patient's condition, if we are able, as well as have good outcomes. Outside of work, I help my husband on our farm and spend time with our three children. We enjoy going to the beach, riding on the boat and spending time with our families. Read more
