I was born and raised in eastern North Carolina, and I remember the difficulty my family members had trying to find a doctor nearby and the impact that had on their health. My goal is to keep my patients as healthy as possible with a focus on disease prevention. When medications are needed, I strive to develop a treatment plan that my patients feel comfortable with and that fits with their lifestyle. I enjoy caring for the entire family, and I am particularly interested in womens health, child and adolescent care, and preventive medicine.
