I view "food as medicine, and because of this, I strive to meet my patients where they are and motivate them to make sustainable, positive diet and lifestyle changes. My areas of special interest include health promotion for all ages, prediabetes and diabetes. Outside of work, I like being outside, playing golf, biking, dancing, hiking and gardening-I am a Wake County Master Gardener. I also enjoy practicing yoga, reading, sewing, cooking, and relaxing with friends and family. Read more
