My goal is to better understand, nurture and leverage the innate strengths that have helped patients survive so that we can apply those to the healing process. I hold a passion for working with adolescents and adults and helping them function in a positive, learning and caring environment. I take a highly collaborative approach to therapy. My style is warm and non-judgmental while also honest and direct. Outside of work, I love adventure in all forms and discovering new things to learn and experience.
