I ordered online, customizations were (NO lettuce and tomato, add pickle, cucumber, and onions, brown mustard) I have never experienced a wrong order here but today it was more than just that. When I arrived the store smelled like 2 week old food and everyone was batting flies off their face and food. Immediately made me and a few others regret ordering here. I was really shocked! This location is ALWAYS so clean and nice. I get my order and see slimy lettuce and tomato juices on my container and evidence that both were once on my sandwich. So much mustard my bread turned soggy. Not to mention some of the crew was just standing around eating Mac and cheese. Laughing with food coming out, at the counter, we. Some were just standing in the lobby while it was PACKED ! I mean I get if you’re on break, but maybe go to the back or a table. So many customers needed help. Not to mention when the mature employees were noticing the lack of effort or help, the negative things they talked about was not very professional. I’d advise someone sit down and have a DEEP conversation with this crew. Before sales drop or someone gets sick.
And quick. I was NOT the only one who felt this way. Many repeat customers stated multiple options about sanitation and customer service. Then seeing this. Shoot I couldn’t even enjoy my sweet tea as a fly climbed in the ice machine >.

I really enjoy McAlister’s Deli. McAlister's menu offers a variety of items from soups, salads, sandwiches, sides and desserts, and I have never sampled one that wasn't delicious. Recently, I've been ordering the Choose Two, which allows customers to select half of a salad or cup of soup and half of a sandwich. What a wonderfully delicious way to satisfy two cravings at once. With my food, I typically order the sweet tea, which I find consistently sweetened and fresh tasting. I also find the staff very friendly and attentive to my dining needs, leaving me to feel like a valued customer. If you’ve not eaten at McAlister’s Deli then when you do I hope your experience will be as inviting and rewarding as have mine.
