I wanted to recognize the outstanding service we received from Peter. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire visit. He quickly diagnosed the issues with our AC system and fixed every problem we were experiencing. Peter provided fantastic customer service, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. Very disappointing after-sales service.

Martino installed our HVAC system under 5 years ago, so when we had an issue with warrantied equipment, we naturally contacted them expecting support. Instead, we spent days chasing them with calls and emails and could not get a timely response.

This was during a stretch of hot weather, with very young kids in the house. That should not be the kind of situation where a customer has to repeatedly follow up just to get someone to acknowledge the issue.

When we finally reached someone, the answer was essentially that we were outside their service area and they could not assist us. That may be their policy, but it is very hard to understand how a company can install a system and then, when a warranty issue arises, say the customer is outside the area they are willing to service.

The biggest issue for me was the lack of ownership. No prompt response, no practical solution, no meaningful help. Just a lot of chasing and a deeply unsatisfactory answer.

I would not use Martino again.

I’ve avoided leaving a public review for MARTINO HVAC for a long time because I genuinely wanted to give them the opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately, after years (3 years to be exact) of ongoing issues, ignored follow-ups, and unfinished work, I’ve had enough.

Since moving into our brand new build, we have had nothing but problems with this company which I have offered multiple times to have the issues resolved.

* AC units needing service within 3 days of possession
* Fireplace face frames took 2 years to come in
* Gas hoses not hooked up properly on our heaters outside
* Outdoor heaters that have NEVER worked properly
* An outdoor pizza oven that still does not light properly

Last August 2025, someone finally came out to inspect the outdoor heaters and told us a part was being ordered. We never received a follow-up call for installation and have heard nothing since then despite being told multiple times the parts are on order.

To make matters worse, earlier in the year their technician had to spend over 5 hours at our home redoing the work because the original installation was not completed correctly.

The only positive experience throughout all of this has been Jamie at reception. She consistently tried her best to help us, and I truly commend her professionalism and effort. Unfortunately, despite her attempts, we were continually met with excuses and no actual resolution. At no fault of hers, it falls in the hands of those responsible to see the work thru.

Peter their tech has also been a saint, and wonderful to deal with, he was the one who got us back in order and working! He is a real gem!

This company was chosen by our builder, and sadly they have turned out to be like many contractors who get paid and disappear afterward, don’t stand behind their work and show little to no interest in standing behind their installations.

For the amount of money spent on these systems and installations, the level of service, communication, and integrity has been beyond disappointing.

I would not recommend MARTINO HVAC based on our experience.

Technician Nick came to our house urgently to fix our furnace at night as the furnace is not on and it's -16C outside. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed and found it's a manufacturer issue and fixed it, explaining each step along the way so we understood what was happening. Excellent service — highly recommend him for his expertise!

Honest, upfront, and incredibly knowledgeable. Martino installed ame maintained our tankless system and furnace in our last home. They service all our friends and family and have been a huge asset in getting the existing system in our new home tuned up and working like a dream. Every tech has been awesome but Kyle is THE BEST and is an absolute expert with radiant in floor and boiler systems. 100% recommend
