I have rented storage spaces in both North and South locations in Edmonton and they are always above and beyond. The staff are extremely accomodating, reliable, flexible with emergency situations and genuinely kind and compassionate. This is a well-managed, well-run storage facility. Mitch and his team keep the place spotless and well-maintained. It's well-secured but still easy to access your belongings. They are easy to contact in-person, by phone, and also by email. I kept my things there for several years worry-free, and will definitely return if I need storage again.

Mitch was amazing! At first, I was looking for a place that could take care of my vehicle and some home items while I’ll be away for over half a year. I kept changing my mind because I wanted to find a facility I could truly trust.

When I visited this location, Mitch was very patient with me — showing me different storage units, explaining which ones were closer to the elevator and easier to access. The facility itself is clean, quiet, and well-maintained.

I also checked out other facilities, but what really made me decide to stay here was Mitch. His professionalism and patience made all the difference. Highly recommend!

Excellent storage space. Very clean, very professional. Rates far more reasonable than other options I looked at. They stored my stuff for 2+ years till I had more space. Mitch also went above and beyond when I requested a summary of my charges for that time. Can not give a higher recommendation!

Phenomenal first time experience. Mitch mentioned this was family owned and Mitch went out of his way to save me hours for storage, offered welcome kits of pens, box cutter knives and even Spaceman Stress Plushie (because they have so much space). Price was extremely fair and I would definitely choose this over Sentinel storage as they charge way too much and its often not a personal touch. Support local!

I rented a storage space with Elite twice in the past three years, and both times, it was an absolute breeze! Sure, it was a bit pricey, but the service was totally worth it.

Awesome !!Mitch Miller took me for a tour of there facility and it was amazing. I was so impressed with everything that I signed up instantly and what a relief to find a place with such high security & ease of getting in when I want & no worries if items left at the facility.

Very nice staff... even better priced storage units. Might be one of the lowest rate, if not THE lowest, in the city and surrounding area. The place is so clean and well maintained that youll feel guilty leaving tire tracks on their vehicle bay floor.

I had an excellent experience with Elite Self-Storage! The facility is very well-maintained, clean, and well-lit. The staff is super nice and incredibly helpful. I needed a storage unit urgently, and even though they were closing within an hour, they assisted me in getting the storage space I needed right away. They offer different storage sizes based on your requirements, and I found a perfect tiny unit that was readily available. Moving items in and out was a breeze.
