Instructors and front desk staffs are nice but management and tech infra needs lots of improvements.

1st they charged me no-show fee because their system didn’t check me in despite I came for class and someone from Rumble told me I’m good to go. Emailed Rumble and they said they would refund the charge but after a week nothing was refunded.

Few weeks later, my scheduled bookings and credits were all gone without any notice/ emails even when I have paid for the full month. Only found out about it when I was about to leave for class. Called and emailed multiple times and staff said they would forward to management and I should expect to hear back soon but 3 weeks have passed and I heard nothing.

At this point I have given up and sent dispute with my credit card company since Rumble management didn’t even bother to refund my paid sessions that I couldn’t go because of the tech issue.

3 months later, I’ve already let this go but they sent me an email trying to scam me for more money. What in the world is this?

Took my first class today and Mary Grace at the front desk was of great help. Gave me a good run down of everything and helped me with my few questions. Moises was my instructor, he killed it interacting with the group as a whole, two sessions at once and keeping the energy up with constant reminders and verbal pushes (motivation). The setting is dope and the breaks were always right on time. I’d show up again for sure.

I usually go to the Rumble at Chelsea. So in comparison I think the class here is a lot more cramped & some maintenance stuff needs to be done such as water filter replacement. I would say their changing room is nice and spacious though. I think I’d only go here if the instructor I want to take is here. Staff is decent, but staff at the other location felt more welcoming

Really enjoyed my class this morning with Tyler! He has great energy, clear instructions & an amazing playlist! I felt really great and energized after class. My only complaint is that it was my first class, gloves really should be given complimentary upon trying first time.

Love coming to Rumble boxing for a nice full body workout!! The music and ambiance makes you feel like your at the club but Pamela wheels you into reality with the great workout cycles she curates. Highly recommend and beginner friendly as well!
