We could not be more pleased with the work done. They showed up on time (despite heavy rain), got to work immediately & worked tirelessly until finished. The results exceeded our expectations & was done by a couple of cheery, polite & energetic staff. We’d highly recommend the company & will use them again for future jobs.

Called them up for a roof clean. We had a lot of moss build up due to trees and Victoria Moss Removal was able to clean it all nicely as well as cleaned any moss that fell around the house during. Highly recommend this company for your roof demossing services.

They were very prompt to arrange a time to come to our home, do a site inspection, and give us a competitive quote. Agreed on a date that was within 2 weeks(!), and arrived on time on the date scheduled for the work. The people who did the work were very courteous and friendly, and made sure we knew what they were going to do, and how, and from my perspective did more than they needed to do. A very real interest in making sure we were satisfied customers, which we are. The roof looks fantastic. We will call them again.

Victoria Moss Removal staff were very helpful and pleasant. They explained the process to us and gave us a clearly defined and reasonably priced quote. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and let us know when they were done. A great experience – would use them again!

Very easy company to deal with. Punctual and reliable. Our roof is not the easiest, but they handled it without any issues. Showed me the photo's afterwards. Friendly staff that treated our property with respect. Can recommend them unreservedly. They cleaned up pretty well afterwards too. And I love their billing process. We will definitely use them again in two years when our roof is due for the next treatment.

Just had Victoria Moss Removal do a yearly maintenance treatment on my roof. Had great communication with the owner during the booking. The team showed up on time , performed the service expertly and sprayed the surrounding vegetation with water afterwards to remove any potential residue. Would recommend.
