A service call went in because the a/c wasn't working at house. We have used Utahs Best Home Pros before with no issues. Teasha looked into our situation & let me know there's no power going to unit. Teasha is hvac not an electrician however she could get someone to come out for 260.00 to 777.00 (?) to access what's going on. Mark Cemensky arrived and gave us a 200 amp box. Bottom line is this: if I was a man or anyone who understood what was going on I would not of paid 4200 for 2 new Breakers nor upgraded the panel box to 200 amps. Statement not itemized. Shady experience & no negotiating price. Business not accredited with BBB. No permit pulled.

Mark was super easy, pleasant to speak with, and did a great job putting everything together! Had some new outlets, updates to our electric panel, added a surge protector to the panel, and separated the bathroom and dryer(a mistake from a handyman hired by the prior owner), and was extremely honest about the situation.

Adam Aviator has been wonderful to work with. He is fair and honest gave us great price for the furnace. When we had a issue on the day of installation he immediately took action and resolved the situation to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend Adam and Utah Best Home Pros to anyone needing a new furnace. Cody and Cesar installed our equipment. They were outstanding, worked for almost nine hours straight. Install had a couple of challenges that they were able to overcome. Beautiful installation. Very pleased with their work!!!

Both Austin Lujan and Tavis Vigil we re both courteous and respectful! They did a great job with the furnace and cleaned up after the job was done! They answered all the questions we had! Good team! Evan came out on the service call and told us all we needed to know about getting a new furnace! The danger we could be with carbon dioxide air. Thank you Evan, Austin, and Tavis!

Tech came out July 11th to do a bid on furnace replacement and by 8:30-9am on July 12th they were at my house working on the install. The team Cody, Noe and Cesar made everything quick and painless. Very professional and did great work. Would recommend to anyone looking to do the same
