Rob grew up watching how to run a successful construction business from his father and grandfather, who insisted he learn and do every task involved in the operation. But the most important lesson he learned was how to treat customers with respect and integrity. During his college years, Rob went to work for a painting contractor, where he learned the in’s and out’s of the painting trade and quickly rose up the ranks.
