Tea our account assistant was above and beyond patient, personable, and very knowledgeable. She made sure we felt comfortable and confident in our financial decisions. We both are hearing impaired, which was not easy. However, she was patient and kind which made our visit a pleasant experience. Made a “forever patron” out of us.
