I have held my MHIC License for 20 years, and ran a successful home improvement and remodeling company, and I have seen and repaired what hasn't worked; what's been done improperly or poorly; but also have the knowledge that finding something that might not be 100% right but knowing it's not a deal-breaker and will last.
