I have visited several other grocery stores, however Mike and Lori ‘s here in North Bay gets an A+ from me in this Covid 19 crisis. Only allowing a limit number of shoppers in at
a time, wiping down cash conveyor belts after every customer has paid. Having an employee on guard to make sure shoppers waiting to cash out keep the proper social distance, etc. I feel they are going far beyond and trying hard to protect both the customer as well as the employee.
Mike and Lori keep up the great work and for taking this situation very seriously.
I will continue to patronize your store.

Haven't been to this store for almost a year because when I check Ontario flyer and ask for the product in this store the staff tell me they don't have it because they don't go by the Ontario flyer. Confusing and disappointing and not worth the 45 minute drive.n
