Rocky Movers was outstanding in every respect for a long-distance move to Philadelphia. Professional, courteous crews and everything arrived in perfect condition. And their price was fair and reasonable. Their back office is highly responsive.

The initial planning, communication, and pick up was flawless. I hired Rocky Movers to move my stuff from Denver to Seattle. It’s very nice that they offer a free month of storage in Denver.

Very young boys wrapped my furniture and I was told some of it arrived broken because they had wrapped it too tight.

They also lost (or someone stole) my brand new in the box paddle board. I was told they did not believe me that it was new, so they’d offer me half of the value. I’ve been waiting since October for a check for the reimbursement of my paddle board. I’ve check in with the man who delivered my stuff at least 3 times about it and he says he’ll “look into it” and I hear nothing. I really wanted to like this company, it’s so hard to find good movers, but they have shown me they are not responsible for their end of the agreements that we all sign.

As many moves can be, ours was complicated. We were trying to sell and buy a house right around Christmas and knew we needed to get a move scheduled quickly due to the holidays. However, with neither transaction being final it was hard to pinpoint an exact date. Joe with Rocky Movers walked me through some options, Barry did a FaceTime tour of the house to create an estimate, and we set a tentative window. Once the transactions were complete, Joe got the date finalized. The movers who arrived at our house were incredibly efficient and professional. Job foreman Martin and his assistant loaded the entire household contents on a 26-foot truck within four hours. They handled our belongings with care. That same care was used two days later when Martin and another assistant arrived to unload the belongings. We were very pleased with the overall communication from the beginning to the end of the process and with the attention shown to ensuring a successful move during the middle of the holiday season.

We just received our stuff in Dallas and it all arrived intact. They did an excellent job moving our belo gings from Denver. No surprise or hidden fees. Highly recommend if you're moving to another state!

Hired them to move states and it went pretty poorly. They took a long time, were not responsive, and a bunch of stuff was missing when the majority finally was delivered. It's been hard to get a hold of anybody and find out if they're even looking for the missing stuff.

They told me when I first hired them that they're a mom and pop business and don't use contractors. Absolutely not true. The people who delivered my furniture were an entirely different company and communication seems pretty poor between them and Rocky Movers. There were times I called Rocky Movers to find out the status of my delivery and they couldn't get ahold of the contractors to find out.

I hired Rocky Movers because they were the lowest price I was quoted. The value of the stuff they lost more than made up for the price gap. I wish I had just spent the money on a better moving service instead.
