Often staples such as milk and bread are not available, and I mean the shelves are empty. Often, "Specials" are not available. Some staff, I've noticed ,full time day staff ,are just plain lazy,(produce dept.) they stand about in groups and you have to ask to get passed with your cart. Week-end staff namely students are great on the cash desk, and very polite .I have spoken to the owner and he seems like a nice guy that just isn't getting the help he needs. Will continue to hope.

I shopped today and the store was clean, the ailes were clear for my shopping cart to move about, plus the checkout process was very efficient. The cashier was friendly, there were no mistakes on my $71.76 receipt, plus I got my PC Plus points. Bravo!

Currently had a family member forget a wallet at this location, very upset with not being able to contact the store due to lack of having a phone in 2015. Poor business.

After I paid for all the items that I took from your shelves, I carefully placed them back in my cart, separating food from harsh chemicals. I placed a container of Lysol on the very bottom of my cart. As I wheeled my cart towards the exit door, your store manager, named Rajvit, stopped me. Without hesitation she stooped to pick up the Lysol, and said, "did you pay for this?". I replied, "yes". Then she threw the Lysol back in my cart with the food. I asked her why she did that. She replied, that she has every right to question customers for items on the bottom of their carts because she is the store manager. Arrogantly, she continued to say, "next time, you buy a bag".
Since when did your store management require all your customers to buy your shopping bags? I paid for all items in my cart, and I paid for the use of your cart. Yet your store manager was telling me that I have no freedom as how I place these paid items in my cart. She implied that your store has a rule regarding where customers should place certain items on their carts. Is this your store policy or is it hers? If she is right, then how come you did not make an announcement about it?
My take of her behavior towards me was mean and disrespectful. She did not apologize to me at all. I am so disgusted by her actions. Just how many of your customers she must have probably harassed like she did to me. She does not deserve her position as your store manager. Your store deserves a better person to fill her job position. Send her back to training to learn respect, good manners, and customer service skills. She has done your store a disfavor.
Regretfully yours,
A very unhappy customer
