Affordable friendly helpful. Leah went out of her way to accommodate me. The balloon was too large to get in my car. We tried she allowed me to go get a bigger vehicle and come back.

Ultimate Party Superstore in Hendersonville is an example of what strong leadership and amazing teammates can accomplish! Every time I go there, they are helpful and friendly. There have been a few times o have been in a crunch and the guys who own or run the store have gone above and beyond to help me. I absolutely love the store but truly love the people. So glad they are part of our Hendersonville community! Way to go Ultimate Party Superstore!!!

It’s very rare for me to leave a one-star review, but I was disappointed by the attitude of one of the associates during my recent visit. I purchased costumes for my wife and myself, but the costume inside the bag didn’t have a size label, even though the bag said “Medium.” I understood that sales were final, so I mentioned to the cashier that I wasn’t trying to return it — I just wanted to confirm the size since it didn’t seem to match the label. He kindly said an exchange would be fine.

The next day, we came back to exchange it, but many costumes were already sold, and it was difficult to find a good match. While we were still looking, one of the associates spoke to us with a tone and attitude that felt unnecessarily rude. That was disappointing, especially since we’ve always had positive experiences in Hendersonville.

I don’t like leaving low ratings, but I hope management can use this feedback as an opportunity to improve customer service.

Ultimate party store has so much incase you are planning a birthday party, baby shower, in-house bash, graduation party, anniversary bash and many more. It’s actually far from me but going there for the first time was worth it. Staff are friendly and very helpful when you want to locate an item in the store. The store is neat and well arranged. I recommend this place for your events.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I drove from 2 hours away to get a costume I could see from outside the store. They were fixing floors, so they refused to walk on their freshly finished part, so we could get the costume. They told us we wouldn't get it today. If your not trying to hell the customer then don't expect to have a customer

We were followed around the entire store despite never having been here before. It was clearly because we were dressed down. We didn't wear anything nice because it was our only day off and we wanted to be comfortable. Plus my son was in foot casts on both feet. So I know we looked poor. But that doesn't mean we were there to steal, nor does it mean we are poor.

We were there shopping for Halloween costumes compatible with my son's casts. Thankfully the casts came off yesterday for good, which is good timing because we'll never go back. We left without buying anything even though we found several costumes that would work with my son's casts that he really really liked. But I would rather buy a cheap costume from Walmart than to go back here to give them ANY of our money.

Disgraceful and disgusting.

I'll tell you what, I'll definitely be back! These guys loaded my tables and chairs to go quickly and with a smile, when I came back they unloaded them quickly and with a smile.
The owner also came out and greeted us!

good selection of products however 2 employees there followed me and my friend throughout the entire time of us looking. not even far either, literally, within 3 feet throughout the entire 10 minutes of us being there. felt very discriminatory and is definitely not the way you should run a business.

They were so busy on a Saturday morning but still took time to blow up balloons for my daughter’s birthday today. I am impressed and so grateful they were so helpful and didn’t turn me away. Will be back!!!!!!!!

I came in after a week after the tornado hit Hendersonville. Ultimate Party still did not have power, but they so generously filled my balloons with helium right there on the spot. I needed them for an event that day, and Ultimate Party came through for me. I give 5 stars for great customer service!

We got a bouncy house delivered and the opening was way too small. We felt it was a safety issue if one of the kids got hurt, an adult would have to struggle to get in to get to the child. I called ultimate party and expressed our concerns and in less than an hour they had a bigger and much better bouncy house delivered. The staff there is amazing, but I want to give a big thanks to John, the manager that helped keep my daughters bday on track!
