I was at the entrance of the store and saw there were no baskets for the third visit to the store. I pointed this out to the guy doing the carts. He gave me a blank look and said it was not his job! And that if I had a problem to speak to the manager.I told the guy that I was a customer and that he was being rude.Upon finishing my shopping while speaking to the manager an employee interrupted and began to scold me saying that I yelled at the guy. I pointed out that a razed voice is not yelling and what about the original point? The manager just said they were low on baskets and brushed me off. I said why didn't the guy just tell me that? And again I was brushed off.

Employees at this store are not only rude but antagonistic.Wow appalling indeed.

I called this store and the lady that answered went downstairs to check on avalability of a samsung phone for me. She did not hesitate to check and said to hang onto the phone as it will take a few minutes. This was Lynn the office cleark. She is a pleasant person for this store and needs to be recognised as there is too much negativity in this world. thanks Marianne B of Erin ON.

This store has drastically gone done in service, cleanliness, and product availability. The prices remain quite high and you almost NEVER get your groceries packed for you, even worse now that you bring your own bags! Often the younger checkout personal are more interested in gossiping with each other and talking about their social life, and several of the more mature check out people are very cold, hardly smile etc there are a couple of wonderful ladies that work there, usually on check out, however they are the minority.
