Vahe did an exceptional job within a very reasonable time frame. I managed to schedule an appointment the following day, and the issue with the kitchen drain was resolved within the visit.

Serge did a great job replacing a broken part in our water heater quickly and very cleanly. Very satisfied with his work.

If I could offer one word of advise to the company, it would be to notify your clients if you are running late. Especially if it’s over an hour late. Personally I’ve greatly appreciated a call letting me know that you are so much behind schedule. For that reason only I took one star away.

Peter, the owner of this company sent me Ledi within the hour following the call, and Ledi’s work was done very well. Throughout the work he explained everything he was doing. At the end he tested to make sure everything was alright. It was a good day for me. Thanks to the team from Pro Drain!

We hired Plomberie Pro-Drain, and unfortunately, one of their employees accidentally damaged our ceiling during the job. While we understand that accidents can happen, we are very disappointed with how the situation has been handled afterward.

For the past two months, we have been trying to work with the company to have the damage repaired, but the owner has refused to take responsibility or provide a solution. Despite multiple follow-ups, our requests have largely been ignored.
We expected better customer service and accountability.

Had a great experience–they called me exactly when they said they would, and the plumber who took care of us, Shire, was extremely sweet, courteous, and got the job done quickly and efficiently (grease blockage in the kitchen sink). And at a condo building while asking all the right questions to boot. All of this at 8pm on a Saturday! Will definitely be calling them again in the future if I have plumbing problems. Trustworthy!

These guys were amazing. Sako came to see us in a pinch. We had a bad clog during the holidays and they were able to come and help us without notice. Sako was very kind and knowledgable and Paul on the phone as well. The problem was fixed immediately. Great price too!

Sako came around to my house and fixed the underlying issue very quickly. Provided advice on how to not replicate the issue. Definitely recommend and would use this company again!
