Branda was super helpful and very accommodating. My storage was past due , i didn't know what to do, she used her customer service power and found way to get my balance up to date. I Highly recommend Vaultra storage for its high quality customer service and facilities. Thank you Branda . You didn't have to do it but you did it anyway. Because of you, i would recommend family and friends to vaultra storage, so that they will come and experience what am experiencing at vaultra storage. If there were more than 5 stars, all would be yours.

Great place!! Pierre is fantastic to deal with. Amazing customer service and very helpful! UPDATED: (This is Added after we moved out) I would highly recommend Vaultra Storage Brantford. Their pricing is very competitive, their units are clean and dry, and the staff is AMAZING. Pierre and Greg go above and beyond to help the customer. We had an issue with the ramp on the Uhaul, and Greg was right in there helping us. Pierre is such a delight to deal with. Thanks Vaultra, you made our move easier.

This was my first time ever renting a storage unit. Pierre was so helpful, he explained everything very thoroughly and made sure the whole experience was stress free. I even brought my dog with me (we all know animals are a great judge of character) and she loved him! I can’t thank him enough for being so kind and helpful. 10/10 would highly recommend.
