This was my first storage experience. Nicole at Sherwood Park Bluebird was an amazing lady. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable. She always had a smile on and remembered me by name after only meeting her a coupe of times. The unit it self was what it is, a storage locker. It did the job. It was easy to access and the price was comparable to other places. Did I mention how amazing Nicole was? I don't say that lightly. I'm not impressed with most people I have to deal with, Nicole was an exception. Thank you for making my first storage locker experience a good one.

Nicole, the site manager, was amazing. I needed the unit asap but had no clue how it worked. She went sep by step thru everything until I understood. It was the right decision to choose BlueBurd.

Great customer service from Nicole. I was able to benefit a promo for reduced rent in the first rental month of my storage unit. Nicole made it all so easy to set up an account. Reception area is neat and tidy with a variety of moving boxes and supplies. The facility itself feels clean and well-maintained. I like that there is an overhead light inside my storage unit. Overall a great customer experience. I recommend Bluebird Storage.

The service can not be beat at this location, we were shocked that Nicole knew exactly what we needed in regards to sizing and space. I would recommend this spot to anyone who is looking for self storage around the area. Nicole will work with you to find the best possible deal and make sure that you are 100% satisfied before parting ways. I have to include a photo of the office as it is so nicley decorated and smells so good in here. The cleanliness does not go unnoticed, great job taking so much pride ladies. This has been the best experience I have had with a storage company. The unit was very clean, the doors, lights, locking mechanism in excellent shape. In the winter snow is cleared quickly and thoroughly allowing immediate access to your drive-up unit. The office staff are excellent and very friendly. No problems so far, very happy and with a very competitive price for the size, quality, and security of the unit and facility.

Two price increases since they bought the place less than two years ago. One almost immediately and one 366 days after the previous one. Don't let the giant sign fool you. Service also got worse compared to the previous owners. Stuff like snow clearing and garbage flying all over the place.

Very friendly service, only downside was how the uhaul was left for us. Windshield covered in ice and snow, I’d expect it to be ready for us to drive away in. Overall no other issues.
