I got a 5 by 5, I was able to pack all my stuff in and I was happy with the price and promotion she offered me. I like the security and loading bay really helps in bad weather. The location is very close to me. I got a 20ft /9ft for a reasonable price compared to the competition in the neighbourhood. The staff is very friendly. The reservations seem to have missed twice. I reserved the facility in advance and came back to check my reservation and somehow they had no information stored. So be sure to check or get a receipt for your reservation to not loose the unit. On my booking day, I met Sara who was able to fix and allocate my desired unit and gave me even better price.

Vaultra in Ajax facility is clean with the friendly and professional staff and greeting by Zara . The loading bay is clean and security is excellent. Moving truck could come inside the place. LAUFT is a great office space -- modern, clean and spacious.
Zara, receptionist and solo staff at the Lauft/Vaultra storage was very helpful.
I went to inquire and she took me on a full tour of the office, showed me the mini kitchenette, coffee bar, the printer and other potential office space for use.

I really like that they have a common entrance for the Lauft, common lounge, as kitchenette to help yourself to.

Zara is always there earlier than 9am (my first scheduled office space) and ensures I have everything I need.

Thank you Zara for great customer service from day 1.

I will certainly recommend this space to anyone looking for a temporary space or long-term space. Worth the price.

I drove by the sign at the front (12 weeks 50% off deal) decided to come in and find out more, Zara addressed my questions in detail and explained how everything works. She was quick in setting up our account and made sure all policy's and guidelines were clarified. Vaultra Ajax is pretty much the best storage facility in ajax that I've come across so far, they offer 24/7 access which many of the others don't.
