I normally don't write reviews but this one was definitely warranted...

Ebenezer Roofing did a phenomenal job with our roof replacement. The communication and execution was flawless from the entire team (Karen, Terry and Will). The company is family run and you can tell the pride they had in their work.

The quoting process was simple and effective. Terry came over and physically went up on the roof to give an honest assessment of what he saw and validated the need for a roof replacement. The pictures and explanations were clear and precise. The quote was received in a timely manner and all the questions we had were quickly answered. After agreeing to the quote, we landed on a start time a few months later when the weather improved.

Prior to ordering product, Karen reached out for final confirmation and confirmed the start date with us. The crews showed up on time every day and made sure to keep us apprised of their progress. Also, I confirmed that they were all employees of Ebenezer and the job wasn't subcontracted out which was one of the other reasons why I selected Ebenezer Roofing. Every day when they left they ensured that the roof was left in a waterproofed state and cleaned up as best they could to ensure the house was still useable throughout the duration of the project. The morale of the entire team was excellent - you could tell they were happy to be there.

The roof was completed flawlessly and pictures were sent to me afterwards.

I cannot say enough positive things on my experience with Ebenezer Roofing. Hopefully I never need a roof replacement again, but I know who I will be calling if I do.

Terry and his crew removed my concrete tile roof and replaced it with Euroshield 50-year hailproof rubber in the middle of winter during a warm-weather window. It looks so good I’ve already recommended Ebenezer Roofing to a friend and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their current roof.
