The store is very dirty for a supermarket , there was awful customer service: the workers don’t understand French or English. And me and my family got food poisoning after eating their pastries 🤮. Also the Shish taouk, shawarmas, potatoes, salads are not good. The meat and potatoes were very dry, and the salad was really not good.

I just came back from Adonis it is very close to my home Very disappointed with Adonis. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with the quality of the food. Almost every time I shop there, I end up having to throw something in the garbage.

This time, I bought a small package of lychees for $6.99. Almost all of the lychees were partially frozen and completely inedible. I ended up having to throw almost the entire package in the garbage.

For $6.99, I expect fresh and good-quality fruit. This is very frustrating, especially when it keeps happening. Adonis really needs to improve the quality control of its fresh produce.

Do not buy packaged nuts in here. It’s half powder with little crumbs instead of being whole pieces all the way! It has happened consistently at this location. However, i buy other things at this Adonis location

Very POOR customer service.
Nobody seems to understand when you ask a question, they mutter something then wave their hand in the air.
Even at the cash their raise their shoulders and as if they don't what to say.
But I noticed that they really understand when someone wants to buys LOTTERY TICKETS!
Also the store is shaggy looking and not very clean
Our family will go somewhere else for our groceries where it is clean and the staff will be helpful

How can a store that is surrounded by multifamily housing, AND near a dedicated bus lane have a no bag policy? And you have it posted on the side of a shelf that NOBODY can see. Unbelievable. What if someone wants to walk to the store to shop? Not everyone is going to come by car. If you want to have a bag policy (even though no other grocery store has one and it makes you look broke), that's fine. Just make sure to treat all bags equally and install multiple lockers so that all our stuff stays safe since apparently we can't bring them inside anymore...

The terrible customer service reminded me why I stopped going to adonis. This location is poorly run
