The customer service representative was friendly and communicative. We're happy that the technician was able to arrive within 20 minutes. As he started fixing up my dishwasher that was not working properly, the said problem was carried well. He accomplished the best repair within an hour and the quality was great. I was delighted that my dishwasher was working well again. I strongly recommend this company.
