Professional, personable, knowledgeable, efficient, experienced, and compassionate—these words rarely describe an insurance agent, yet they still do not do justice to our experience working with Michael Simmers and Dallas Eason to select the best Medicare option.

As individuals, they are both exceptional, but as a team working in tandem, they are outstanding. I have never experienced such a thorough review of insurance options or the ability to answer every question as was provided by the dynamic duo. In trying to provide a complete review, I cannot think of a single thing they could improve upon. Even communication, follow-up after the initial visit, and overall availability were exceptional.

I have met Scott Grow in 2020. He came to where I was staying temporarily in preparation to move back to NY. I needed to change my health insurance to the NY area and his service was awesome! He is so dedicated that he keeps in touch to see if I need any additional services or just to check in to say " hello "! Now, that's what I call dedication and fantastic customer service!! She covers all the details of your life and then looks for the best option that will fit into your life and budget. She follows up with you to make sure that you are satisfied with yours choices and she's satisfied that she has done the best job for her client. I see her as a vital asset to that organization.
