She completed her internship at the Detroit Osteopathic Hospital Health System/Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit Osteopathic Hospital in Detroit. She spent her Internal Medicine residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois where she continued on to complete her hematology and oncology fellowship.
