He was born and raised in Springfield, Illinois. He completed undergraduate education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where he graduated with University Honors - Bronze Tablet, awarded to the top 3% of students in their graduating class. From there he went on to obtain his Medical Degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI. In medical school, he was inducted into the Junior Alpha Omega Alpha honor society awarded to students exhibiting high academic standards and commitment to scholarship, leadership, professionalism, and service. Dr. Fiscus then moved to Nashville, TN to complete his residency in Urology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He is a member of the American Urological Association and specializes in kidney stone disease, male voiding dysfunction and urologic oncology. Dr. Fiscus is married to Lauren Fiscus who is a pediatric occupational therapist. In his free time, he enjoys running, boating, skiing, golfing, cooking, wood working and hanging out with his wife.
