Dr. Humphrey received his medical degree from the Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, and completed his family medicine residency at the University of Louisville community program in Glasgow, Kentucky. With an interest in global health and health care policy, Humphrey then completed a preventive medicine residency and a master's degree in public health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in Baltimore.
