Staff is hateful. Nasty. Will make you drive to another store to get cash back. Also unprofessional. The world is hateful enough .

Very Annoyed
On Thursday May 7th I made a purchase at Cato Snellville. There was a new cashier who forgot to hand me my bag. I noticed when I arrived home that the bag was left in the store. On Friday, I contacted the manager who stated she needed to order the video from the district manager and would reach out to me that Monday. I did not hear from her. I called the store on Wednesday, to speak to the manager and she was not there. This is ridiculous and now I am going to do a charge back to get my money back. Horrible customer service.

The store is well organized and I enjoy the clothes. Due to my petite height I have challenges with sizing and often order clothing not available in the store in my size. There are times when the ordered size is not accurate as well but I eventually discover the right fit. I dont like to complain but the customer service varies depending on whose on the schedule, especially when you have a return. A speific clerk ignored me on my last visit at the desk and called someone from the floor to assist me. If she was training this person it would have been helpful to acknowledge me and explain this. It is not the first time she appeared annoyed when serving me. I hope this will be addressed.

We always have such a great experience shopping here. My spouse and I love the celebrity treatment that Valencia and Rasheeda, give us every time. They both are very catering our hour unique style. It's very comforting to know We can ask for help with fashion advice. We hope this CATO does not close down like the one in snellville, centerville, did. See you soon.
