Ordered an item to be delivered to this store on 8/2 (Saturday) and was told it would take 7-10 business days from 8/4 . It has been 12 business days since I placed the order and the items have not arrived. I called the manager Angela to find out the order status and she has not responded to my phone calls. I have also spoken to Ariana, Kennedy and Angela about my order and still no resolution and no return phone calls. As I write this, I was notified by another manager Regina from the Friendswood store that now my order would take 15 business days!! I asked for a refund and was told it would take 3 months! After requesting to speak with the district manager Denise, she has yet to reach out. This is the poorest customer service I have ever encountered. DO NOT WASTE your time shopping with this company much less place an order. BEWARE!!

Two employees on the floor. One at the register and one fiddling with a clothes rack. Was in the store 10 minutes and neither acknowledged my presence, no “hello”, no “may I help you?”. The employees were happy to speak with one another about how much money in sales they made for the day. The transparent unprofessional conversation made me take my business elsewhere as I saw no reason to contribute to their bottom line. Went to Maurices a few paces away and was met with OUTSTANDING customer service. Step it up Cato!

I have no sense of style and am a big girl. Shopping is dreadful! These ladies here will help you figure some things out. They're so kind and gentle.
I always but my clothes on clearance! I'll walk out with 3-4 pairs of clothes for under $80.00 lol 😂 $7.00 dresses! I love it, my favorite affordable plus size store. The clothes is also very cute!

Wonderful service at this Cato exactly what I was expecting and they deliver. Store manager assisted me in what I needed and plus, she was sweet enough to wish me good luck on my job interview. I will most definitely make the ride to this store vs the one that I am closed to. Thank you for the great service and keep up the good work please. You wouldn’t think people notice. But, we do! 😊

Wow! The area has grown! I was in town for a funeral. Got to our room and realized I had left behind my hang up clothes...shame on me! Made a run to Catos and found exactly what I needed. I was in and out withing 20 minutes. The clerk was helpful and kind. The place smells like young blooms and fresh fruit. I absolutely loved the choices at this location!
