Refund policy is wack but that’s not the workers fault, but the manager’s attitude was not giving. I came up to the register and she was swearing under her breath about what she was doing.

I will use my item-refunded gift card (that’s 50% less than what I paid) online!

Cashier with black/brown shoulder length hair that worked on 12/12 was super kind. Suggested a dinner spot for my guest and I. And when I almost forgot my change. She kindly let me know and was just the customer service needed for this dammsal in distress. I shop at Versona often and I love not feeling like every employee is hounding or expecting a thief. Thank you!

You can have fitting rooms open and still be covid safe. I used to buy all my clothes at Versona but I refuse to shop there again until I am able to try things on.
