I recently had the pleasure of experiencing truly outstanding service at Total Self Storage in Arkansas, and I am eager to share my wonderful encounter, particularly with the incredible Susan. In a world where true kindness and a willingness to assist are often rare gems, Susan shone brightly as a beacon of exceptional service.

My situation was a bit unique – I needed a storage unit for just a single day to facilitate a special delivery for one of my valued customers. Despite conducting our interaction over the phone, Susan's warm and enthusiastic demeanor was palpable. Despite the non-traditional nature of my request, Susan approached the situation with unwavering enthusiasm and a genuine desire to provide assistance.

What struck me immediately was Susan's remarkable willingness to accommodate my needs, even though it was a brief and unconventional rental. She swiftly organized a temporary unit for my package, ensuring that it would be secure and well-cared-for during its short stay. Her efficient handling of the situation, coupled with her friendly demeanor, made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

It was abundantly clear that Susan genuinely cares about each customer's experience. Despite my short-term rental, she treated me with the same level of care and respect as if I were a long-term client. Her dedication to ensuring my satisfaction left a lasting impression, and I left the facility knowing that my customer's package was in the best possible hands.

If you're in search of a storage facility that not only offers top-notch services but also boasts a team member like Susan who goes above and beyond, Total Self Storage is the place to go. Susan's exceptional kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help make her an invaluable asset to the Total Self Storage team.

I am tremendously grateful to Susan for turning what could have been a routine errand into a memorable and delightful experience. In a world where genuine individuals like her are a rare find, Susan's exceptional kindness and dedication truly stand out.

Used their storage 12 years ago when we were waiting to close on our house. Have used them on and off for truck rental and now multiple times as we are moving out of state.
Fantastic customer service in my personal experience. Always friendly, helpful and able to make things happen when I really needed it.
Highly recommend them for your storage and truck/trailer rental needs.
*Special thanks to Antoinette! She has made my life a lot easier dealing with a multiple trip out of state move 👍😁

Out of ALL the storage facilities I called within a two week period trying to secure a storage unit, Antonio was the BEST. She bent over backwards to assist me. She was very nice, polite and professional
We talked at least a half dozen times and she was no different on the sixth time as she was on the first.
We had a long haul from point A to point B which was Fort Smith. When we did make it back it was after the entry hours to the units. I phoned her and she gave us her personal code to get in and park the U-Haul truck. I don't think there are too many people that would do that.
If I ever need another storage unit, you can bet I will be going back to her.

Have not currently used this facility. I am considering it, or was! Still on the fence as of now! I see great reviews and replies to those reviews. I also see deterring reviews and no response from the company! It's alarming! I understand that you're expected to get both good and bad reviews at any company... I'm concerned because this company isn't shown defending themselves! As I've said, i haven't had business with this company, I would like to although my concerns are.... well, I'd hope that I wasn't the one!
