Several months ago, I decided to investigate long ignored papers that said our family had mineral rights in Oklahoma. I googled lawyers in Oklahoma and happened upon Mr. Blackstock and I hit the jackpot. I didn't know where to start and he took the time, while on the phone, to rule out several things that would have been of no help to me and then he set me on the right path. If anything comes of this, I will not hesitate to employ Mr. Blackstock for any legal help my family might need. He was very easy to talk to and super gracious.

I found Brent looking for a civil rights attorney concerning a 4th Amendment issue. His ability to listen to my concerns and his suggestions to research case law lead me to find the Hiibel Case, and ultimately decide to throw myself at the mercy of the court. After mulling around for several days Brent called me and said "under good conscience, i can not take your case" , He was right, i did not have a case. He has greatly restored my confidence in the US legal system and i can not recommend him any stronger.

Knowledgeable, straight forward, and honest. Knows the law, rules, histories, similarities, etc. Tells you straight what is the law and what can / could be achieved, no smoke and mirrors. Expert in oil and gas, contracts.
