I highly recommend Rudy and Noah from Professional Pumps and Water Treatment. They recently resolved our well pump issues, and the entire experience was outstanding. They quickly diagnosed a leak and helped us upgrade from an old jet pump to a submersible system. I just took my first shower since the upgrade, and the water pressure is absolutely amazing the system works perfectly. Both techs were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, taking the time to answer all of our questions during the install. Thank you, Rudy and Noah, for the great work!

We have had excellent service with John at Professional Pump for our vacation home in Godfrey. He installed a water softener for us two years ago, and has since dealt with a couple of minor issues with it. He has been very quick in replying to questions as well. We hope to continue to work with his company for our future needs.

My realtor referred me to John 3 years ago and John has been nothing but the best to my family and our water needs. His guys installed our water system in our new home and did annual maintenance on our system. He told us what we needed and if we wanted other options that it was our choosing. I can call John with any issues and he’ll have his guys over in no time. His customer service after the install should be the gold standard for businesses everywhere. It’s easy to provide a service to someone but customer service there after is always a challenge. John and his crew have been fantastic and I’d recommend him to anyone looking for quality and affordable service and parts. Keep up the great work John!

I was referred to John and his business by my realtor, and I was ever so glad.
A recent move into a home with water quality issues was rather overwhelming. John was quick to assist, professional and very knowledgeable for a positive resolve. He was patient and helpful to explain the steps required.
In addition I would like to note...the employee who did my install of a UV water purification system spoke highly of John and his business. I believe this respectful relationship in any business by its employees, comes around full circle to its customers.
Highly recommend this business for any service they provide.
